Cheesy Brown Sugar and Garlic Pork

Christmas doesn’t come from a store, maybe Christmas perhaps means a little bit more….

The past 2 weeks have been busy with birthday parties, Children’s Showcase, gym visits, music classes, getting presents finished, wrapped and sent off and enjoying family time.

We have been so lucky. My nephew JQ turns 1 on January 2. He lives in Winnipeg with my SIL and BIL. We have been so fortunate that on my SIL’s mat leave she has visited us like 5 times! We have really gotten to see the little guy go from a little itty bitty baby to an almost toddler 🙂

My SIL goes back to work in January so this past 2 weeks is the last time we will see them until summer. 🙁 We had an AWESOME visit though and had an amazing “Christmas” dinner last night at my in-laws.

The other day I made the easiest pork chops ever! Like really… easy. They were also very tasty so I would suggest these chops with rice and a veg for an easy weeknight meal for sure 🙂
