Top 10 Posts of 2014 and 5 of my Favorites too :)

It’s all about being exciting. You’ve got to have acidity, sweetness, smoothness, some crunch.

So as tomorrow is the last day of 2014 and EVERYONE is doing countdowns of some sort I figured I will too 🙂

So I took a look at my stats and here are the TOP 10 posts of 2014…

1. I don’t know why but this post has had almost 14,000 views!!! I know some people get that many views in an hour but for me… that’s Cray-Cray!!!

Pineapple Mango Salsa and Citrus Black Bean Salad

2. So this is a pretty recent post but made a pretty big impact as it has almost had 4,000 views since I wrote it a few weeks ago.

Chili Pasta Bake

3. Another recent post that readers apparently really liked.

Vegetable Lo Mein

4. This post just keeps getting views. There is no recipe and no craft, just me talking… people must relate because it has been a VERY popular post.

My Biggest Fear

5. HBear is VERY excited that her dinner is the 5th most popular post of the year!!!

Back to School!!!!!

6. It has Crockpot in the title so of course it made the list 🙂

Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken

7. Yum, I can’t wait for summer to try these 2 recipes again!
8. If I could eat these potatoes everyday I would… and I am not even a big tater fan.
9. I am not surprised this 1 made the list 🙂 It is an AWESOME idea for ANY road trip. You need to share this one, everyone will thank you.
10. I re-read this one today and BAHAHAHAHA my kids make funny stories!
There were a few posts that didn’t get many hits and I think they should LOL perhaps it is picture taking or the time that I posted or even the day… I don’t know but these recipes… they ROCK!

So here are MY top 5…
1. This was the first Chicken Cordon Bleu that Ninja liked… in his whole life!!! It is THAT good 🙂 and the potatoes?? We have had them 2 times since, they are so good!
2. Easiest dinner ever! Not really a recipe but it is the best go to chicken EVER!
3. OK so this wasn’t a recipe post but it was a gooder. This post was on my Mom’s 1st Anniversary and I am so proud of us. We turned a very sad day into a very positive day and I totally think it is worth my top 5 list.
4. This post was my first featured post. Another blogger featured it as her top pick of the week. If you are in the mood for some nachos, you gotta try these!
5. This is not a recipe post either but rounds out my top 5 as it was an eye opener for me and how it ends is how I want to remember 2014. The end of my year of… death, for the lack of a better word and the extreme thankfulness that I feel towards the people, friends, and family I have in my life.

Happy New Year’s to all my readers!

Talk to you in 2015 🙂
